Nick’s life turned around since working out at Power Play since 2005. Anne is into her tenth year and Jackie is ending her ninth year. The atmosphere is more than just a gym; it’s a place that makes a true difference in people’s lives. We’re honored to have our clients feel like a part of a family.

As women age, it’s especially important to incorporate weight training to help stop the advancement of osteoporosis. Weight training has been proven to build up bone loss, particularly in the areas of the spine and hips. Getting stronger also improves balance which can prevent falls from happening.
